Our Priority is Good Health and Safety
In addition to following Government mandates, and protocols established by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we want our customers to be aware of the steps we are taking to ensure good health and safety. The following steps have been implemented as a Revelare Kitchens company policy:
- Prior to visiting your home, we will confirm that members of the household have not exhibited any symptoms related to COVID-19 during the last 4 weeks. Those same standards shall apply to any of our personnel visiting your home.
- The health of our personnel is being continuously monitored. Any symptoms, regardless of how slight, are being reported. If a team member has symptoms, he/she must be quarantined and tested before returning to work.
- Our personnel are equipped with hand-sanitation and are required to sanitize upon arriving and leaving your home. In addition, we are prepared to accommodate any additional requests you may have.
- Any in-home samples or products brought into your home will be sanitized at time of sharing.
A copy of these precautionary measures will be provided to each homeowner as assurance that we are taking the necessary steps.
We are committed to providing a safe and positive experience. This begins with the requirement that our personnel must pass a Verified Background Check before entering your home and extends through our health and safety policies and procedures. While the COVID-19 outbreak has impacted several businesses within a variety of industries, our business model limits any public exposure with a one-on-one interaction with our customers.
